SHIPPING
Shipping charges, unless specified otherwise, will be the actual cost for Canada Post Expedited Parcel (Canada or USA). In most cases, the shipment will be insured at no cost to you.

European and other clients will be charged the actual cost of Canada Post International Air or Surface Parcel (please specify). Foreign purchasers are responsible for any import duties.

PRICES
We will endeavour to keep advertised prices up-to-date but they are subject to change due to manufacturer increases or currency rate changes. You will be informed of any significant increase in price. All prices are in Canadian Dollars.

PAYMENT
Personal cheques, money orders, MasterCard and Visa are accepted. Credit card purchases may be subject to an additional 2% charge. Foreign purchases can be made in both Canadian or US funds. For new clients, allow 5 days for personal cheques to clear prior to shipping.

ORDERING
As you may note from the "HO Products and Accessories" section, our prices are discounted from the MSRP by 8-20%. For most of the U.S. manufacturers included, a more complete listing can be found in the Walthers HO Scale Reference Book. If you wish to order items from this book, please state the complete item number. We will charge at most the MSRP.

The easiest way to order is to E-mail a "wish list". We will confirm the order and indicate if any problems are foreseen. We attempt to ship within 2-4 weeks of receipt of order. If items are delayed further we will keep you informed and give you the option of cancelling. New clients may be asked to pre-pay with the order; subsequently we expect payment on receipt of a shipment.

We are required by law to collect the Goods and Services Tax from Canadian residents. Similarly, Ontario residents must remit the Ontario Retail Sales Tax; New Brunswick, Newfoundland and Nova Scotia residents must remit the Harmonized Sales Tax.

BRASS
For all brass locomotives and rolling stock we usually require a deposit of $100 to $200 with your pre-order, depending on the total price.

RETURNS
You have three weeks from the date of shipment to return an item. Shipping and handling charges plus 10% restocking charge will be assessed. Damages not covered by insurance may also be assessed.
