Lettermail
Almost every day now, with mail being very slow, I have a customer asking where their shipment is and can they have tracking details. Understandable, of course, except that when I check I usually find that their order was shipped Lettermail. There is no tracking with Lettermail. I put stamps on it, pop it in the mail slot and hope for the best. It will almost certainly get to you - eventually. If not - I will share the loss with you. If you want it faster, require tracking (and insurance) it is best to choose Expedited Parcel. I welcome any comments on Facebook.
