Tariffs - Update 5
Good news continues. Virtually everything in stock is still tariff-free, as far as the Canadian surtax and China-induced US price increases. I have been continually re-stocking, but only where I can obtain pre-tariff prices.
With the high US tariffs on Chinese imports on pause for 90 days, now would be a good time to place orders for these products. US price increases should be minimal or absorbed by the manufacturer.
There's no sign of our Canadian surtax being removed so be prepared to have this 25% added to any US-manufactured item not in stock. When ordering Walthers catalogue items check the manufacturer page or Google "where are ****** products made". My distributor generally places Walthers orders weekly.
