Station kit, #4 standard, CP

"Designed from original CPR drawings, our kit is a faithful reproduction of the prototype. The roof above the bay window was built in three different styles. The extended eave over the platform, as shown in this model, is typical of many CPR stations. Others were built with a hip roof extending out from the main roof while others had the hip roof elevated above the main roof. Otherwise, these stations were generally built to the standard. Some could have expanded freight rooms which was common practice. While most of these were built in the west, this standard reflected many single storey stations in central and eastern Canada.

All parts to complete the station are included; laser cut floors, walls, windows/doors, roof, trim, shingles, and chimneys. Accurate drop siding is provided and stripwood for the platform as shown is also included. Our comprehensive manual with lots of photos will guide you step by step through construction. Several drawings and templates are provided to assist with construction.

Interior details will be introduced as time allows for the modeler who wishes to super detail the interior. An exterior station detail kit is also planned and will be available at a future date."
