Black Cat Publishing

This is a Winnipeg-based publisher of about 200 Canadian railway decals, mainly CN and CP but with a smattering of DAR, GTW, TH&B and others. In HO scale locomotives, freight and passenger cars are covered, plus a few piggyback trailers. All HO decals are listed in the Store, but we only keep the more popular ones in stock.

Delivery Information

As far as we are aware all decals listed in the Store are currently available at the publisher.
Backordered items take 1-2 weeks to obtain, once we place an order. However, delivery may be significantly longer when our orders are low.

NOTE: Due to low demand we are currently not re-ordering stock and only remaining stock is listed for purchase. Please let us know if you are interested in ordering products not currently in stock for a value of $75 or more.
